Produzieren Sie mit uns Bäume für klimafitte Wälder und sorgen Sie dafür, dass unsere Forst-Containerpflanzen sorgfältig vorbereitet und zuverlässig an unsere Kund:innen übergeben werden - regional, nachhaltig und mit modernster Technologie.

Wir suchen Sie als 1 Mitarbeiter_in Auslieferung und Kommissionierung (m/w/x) Saisonstelle von Mitte Februar bis Mitte November Option auf Wiedereinstellung

8775 Kalwang Vollzeit (40h) ab sofort bzw. ab Februar

IHRE AUFGABEN

* Kommissionierung und Vorbereitung der Bestellungen für Auslieferung und Selbstabholung

* Sortierung unserer Forst-Containerpflanzen

* Verladen der Pflanzen in Transportboxen

* Unterstützung bei der Beladung von LKWs

* Freundliche Betreuung unserer Kund:innen bei der Abholung

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team im Auftragszentrum und der Produktion

* Unterstützung bei allgemeinen Arbeiten im Forstgarten außerhalb der Saisonspitzen

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

* Genaue Arbeitsweise und Verlässlichkeit

* Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit

* Teamfähigkeit

* Führerschein der Gruppe B von Vorteil

* Staplerschein von Vorteil

DAS ERWARTET SIE

* Ein Mindestlohn von EUR 12,98 brutto/Stunde; das entspricht bei 40 Wochenstunden rund EUR 2.248 brutto/Monat (Mantelvertrag für Forstarbeiter:innen in der Privatwirtschaft)

* Arbeitsbeginn zwischen 06.00 und 07.00 Uhr

* Eine gründliche Einschulung und Unterstützung durch ein erfahrenes Team

* Eine ideale Lage direkt neben dem Bahnhof Kalwang, falls Sie lieber öffentlich anreisen

* Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten innerhalb des Unternehmens, zb. in Richtung Auftragszentrum oder Personalführung

* Kostenloses Obst, Kaffee, Tee und Säfte in den Pausenräumen

* Regelmäßige Teamevents wie Grillfeiern, Betriebsausflüge und Jahresabschlussfeiern

Wir bieten eine saisonale Anstellung von Mitte Februar bis Mitte November. Die Möglichkeit einer Wiedereinstellung in der kommenden Saison besprechen wir jedes Jahr rechtzeitig. Mitarbeitende, die mehrere Saisonen für uns tätig sind, erhalten eine finanzielle Zulage für ihre Treue.

Die Arbeitszeiten werden in einem Dienstplan geregelt, der sich an unseren Saisonen orientiert. In den Saisonspitzen von Mitte März bis Ende Mai und von Mitte September bis Anfang November ist bei uns mehr los und alle packen mit an. Angefallene Mehrstunden können im Sommer und zum Saisonende durch Zeitausgleich wieder abgebaut werden.
