Ihr Aufgabenbereich - tagesaktuelle Buchhaltung

* Erfassen von Eingangsrechnungen und Rechnungskontrolle

* Durchführung der laufenden Buchhaltung (auch mit Retourdatenträger)

* SEPA-Einzüge und Mahnwesen

* EDV-unterstützte UVA-Meldungen ans Finanzamt

* EDV-unterstützte Monatsabrechnungen für Mietobjekte

* EDV-unterstützte Eigentümer- und Mieterwechsel

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HASCH, HAK, AHS, Lehre ...)

* Erfahrung in der Einnahmen- Ausgabenrechnung

* Grundkenntnisse in der doppelten Buchhaltung

* Sichere MS-Office-Anwenderkenntnisse (Word, Excel, ...)

* Gutes eigenes Zeitmanagement, hohe Genauigkeit und Hausverstand

* Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Gepflegtes, sicheres und freundliches Auftreten

* Erfahrung mit der Software "ITS Immobilien Treuhand Software" von Vorteil

Die tatsächliche Bezahlung ist von der jeweiligen Qualifikation bzw. Berufserfahrung abhängig.
