Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Mitarbeiter/in Buchhaltung Teilzeit ab 20h/Woche (w/m/d) Ihre Aufgaben

* Durchführung der gesamten Buchhaltung inkl. Lohnverrechnungstätigkeiten

* Einführung in die Insolvenz- und Fremdgeldbuchhaltung bis hin zur Übernahme

* Durchführung des gesamten Zahlungsverkehrs

* Stammdaten- und Kontenpflege

* Strukturierte elektronische Ablage von buchhaltungsrelevanten Unterlagen

* Fristgerechte Durchführung und Abgabe der monatlichen Meldungen (UVA, ZM, ...)

* Verwaltung der Bestellungen

* Verwaltung Kreditkarte

* Buchungen von Seminaren

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK, ...)

* Erfolgreiche abgelegte Buchhalterprüfung

* fortgeschrittene Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion

* Zahlenaffinität und Genauigkeit

* Sicheres Arbeiten am Computer mit MS Office und Kenntnisse in Advokat vom Vorteil

Arbeitszeit: 20-30 Wochenstunden im Rahmen unserer Kanzleizeiten (Montag bis Freitag 8.00-17.00 Uhr) möglich

Für diese Position ist ein Bruttogehalt ab EUR 1.500,00 bei 20h/Woche (Vollzeit Bruttogehalt € 3.000,- ) vorgesehen, bei entsprechender Erfahrung und Qualifikation besteht die Bereitschaft zu einer Überzahlung. Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Mitarbeiter/in Buchhaltung Teilzeit ab 20h/Woche (w/m/d) beträgt 3.000,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
