Wir sind ein erfolgreicher Gesundheitsdienstleister in einer wachsenden Branche im oberösterreichischen Zentralraum und zeichnen uns durch internationale Ausrichtung aus. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen 1 Mitarbeiter_in Business Support Was wir Ihnen zutrauen

* Strategische und operative Unterstützung der Bereichsleitung bei der Implementierung von SAP S/4HANA

* Aktive Begleitung von Vertriebs- und SAP Projekten im Fachbereich mit Fokus auf Prozessoptimierung und Systemintegration

* Analyse, Priorisierung und Lösungsentwicklung bei fachbereichsübergreifenden Themenstellungen

* Steuerung und Kommunikation an den Schnittstellen zwischen Vertrieb, Controlling, Logistik und IT

* Konzeption und Verschriftlichung von Prozessen sowie Sicherstellung einer effizienten Wissensdokumentation

* Übernahme administrativer Kernaufgaben im Service-Team (z.B. Pflege von Stammdaten, Konditionen und Korrespondenzmanagement)

Was wir von Ihnen erwarten

* Abgeschlossene, kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung

* Sehr gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Abläufe und digitale Systeme (SAP-Kenntnisse, vorzugsweise S/4 HANA)

* Prozessorientierung, gepaart mit analytischem, lösungsorientiertem Denken

* Grundverständnis von KI und Interesse an Digitalisierung

* Solide Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse
