1 Mitarbeiter:in Corporate Communications - JOB ID: 271273 Event Management & Internal Communications (Karenzvertretung: 1,5 Jahre) * Sie übernehmen innerhalb von AIT Communication den fachlichen Lead für das Eventmanagement und sorgen gemeinsam mit den Themenmanager:innen aus den Centern für einen abgestimmten, professionellen und markenkonformen Auftritt. * Sie verantworten ausgewählte zentrale interne und externe AIT-Veranstaltungen eigenständig - von Konzeption und Storyline über Organisation, Durchführung und Guest Relations bis zur professionellen Begleitung und wirksamen Nachkommunikation. * Sie sorgen dafür, dass Mitarbeitende des AIT relevante Informationen rechtzeitig, verständlich und über die passenden internen Kanäle erhalten. * Sie recherchieren, redigieren und erstellen Inhalte für interne Kommunikation, Eventkommunikation und ausgewählte Corporate-Communications-Formate. * Sie verbinden digitale und analoge Kommunikationsformate und entwickeln Formate weiter, die Information, Dialog und Identifikation stärken. * Bei weiteren Veranstaltungen koordinieren und beraten Sie die verantwortlichen Themenmanager:innen und sorgen für Alignment, gemeinsame Qualitätsstandards und einen konsistenten Auftritt. * Sie arbeiten sicher in einem bilingualen Umfeld (Deutsch/Englisch). * Mit Eigeninitiative und redaktionellem Gespür erhöhen Sie Qualität, Wirkung und Konsistenz der Kommunikationsmaßnahmen. * Durch Ihre Mitarbeit tritt das AIT in seinen Kommunikations- und Eventformaten konsistent "on brand" und "on strategy" auf. * Sie tragen dazu bei, dass Mitarbeitende Informationen verstehen, einordnen und sich mit der Organisation identifizieren können. * Sie entwickeln interne Kommunikationsinstrumente und Eventformate im Sinne des AIT-Claims "Tomorrow Today" weiter. * Sie stimmen sich eng mit dem Head of AIT Communication und dem Team ab und agieren als kompetente Ansprechperson und Ingenious Partner der AIT Corporate Communications.

Als Ingenious Partner zeichnet Sie aus: * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Eventmanagement, integrierte Kommunikation, Public Relations, Unternehmenskommunikation oder vergleichbar * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im professionellen Eventmanagement und in der Eventkommunikation - sowohl in der eigenständigen Umsetzung als auch in der Koordination unterschiedlicher Stakeholder * Erfahrung in Content Creation, Storytelling und redaktionellen Formaten * Routine mit digitalen und analogen Kommunikationskanälen (Intranet, Website, Newsletter, Infomonitore, Social Media, Unternehmenspublikationen, Mitarbeitendenformate) sowie Bild- und Videocontent * Erfahrung in Organisationskommunikation und interner Kommunikation, idealerweise in einem Forschungs-, Technologie- oder Innovationsumfeld * Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office; Erfahrung mit Content-Management-Systemen wie TYPO3 sowie Grafik- und Layoutprogrammen (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva o. Ä.) von Vorteil * Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie stilsicheres Schreiben * Starkes Interesse an technisch-wissenschaftlichen Themen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte verständlich aufzubereiten * Freude an Kommunikation, überzeugendes Auftreten, hohe Serviceorientierung und Sicherheit im Umgang mit Stakeholdern * Bereitschaft, gelegentlich an Unternehmensveranstaltungen an anderen Standorten in Österreich teilzunehmen * Teamorientierte, selbstständige, strukturierte und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Beteiligte zusammenzubringen und Abstimmungen aktiv voranzutreiben

Was Sie erwarten können: Das Bruttojahresgehalt bei Vollzeit (38,5 h / Woche) gemäß Kollektivvertrag beträgt EUR 49.980,--. Das tatsächliche Gehalt wird entsprechend Ihren Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen individuell festgelegt.
