Der Bereich Customer Solutions begleitet Kunden von der Analyse ihrer Anwendung bis zum erfolgreichen und nachhaltigen Einsatz unserer Produkte.

Innerhalb des Teams übernimmt Solution Integration die technische Bewertung, Detailausarbeitung und stellt sicher, dass unsere Lösungen langfristig geeignet und zuverlässig beim Kunden eingesetzt werden.

Wir suchen zur Erweiterung unseres Teams ab sofort 1 Mitarbeiter_in Costumer Solution Deine Aufgaben

* Als Teil von Solution Integration prüfst du Kunden- und Vertriebsanfragen auf technische Machbarkeit und Anwendungseignung.

* Du arbeitest technische Angebotslösungen aus, bewertest Rahmenbedingungen und trägst dazu bei, auch in komplexen oder herausfordernden Situationen eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen.

* Zudem unterstützt du Kunden beim Einstieg und beim sicheren Einsatz unserer Produkte.

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit International Sales, Innendienst, Produktmanagement, Entwicklung und Operations

* Einbringen von Kunden-, Markt- und UseCase-Wissen in die Weiterentwicklung von Produkten und Unternehmensprozessen

Was du mitbringst

* Technische Ausbildung oder Erfahrung (z. B. Elektronik, Automatisierung, IT, IoT)

* Idealerweise Praxis in Steuerungs-/Automatisierungstechnik oder in der Wasserwirtschaft

* B2 - Gute Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kunden

* Programmier- oder Scriptkenntnisse von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich

* Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und gutes technisches Verständnis

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt (KV Metall Gewerbe) beträgt EUR 2.727,40 brutto monatlich, bei 38,5 Wochenstunden. Basierend auf deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung vereinbaren wir dein tatsächliches Gehalt gemeinsam im Laufe des Bewerbungsprozesses.
