Vollzeit.

Diese Aufgaben warten auf Sie:

* Übernahme der Nebenbuchhaltung (Debitoren- & Bankbuchhaltung) sowie Unterstützung der Kreditorenbuchhaltung.

* Durchführung des Forderungsmanagements inkl. Mahnwesen, Ratenzahlungen und Klärung von Anwaltsfällen.

* Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen gemäß UGB und IFRS.

* Mitwirkung bei lokalen Abschlussprüfungen und behördlichen Anfragen.

* Erstellung von Intrastat- und ZM-Meldungen sowie internen Statistiken.

* Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern wie Banken, Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern.

* Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und internen Kontrollen.

Das sollten Sie mitbringen:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Lehre, HAK, HAS, HLW, etc.), idealerweise mit Buchhalterprüfung oder Studium im Bereich Rechnungswesen/Steuern.

* Berufserfahrung im Accounting und idealerweise im Bereich Treasury.

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in IFRS und österreichischem Handelsrecht (UGB).

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

* Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

* Genaue, eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.

* Hohe Service- und Teamorientierung.

Wir suchen Sie ab sofort für einen unbefristeten Zeitraum und bieten ein attraktives Gehalts- & Benefitspaket. Das Mindestgehalt für diese Stelle beträgt € 2.850 brutto monatlich. Das tatsächliche Gehalt ist von der jeweiligen Qualifikation bzw. Berufserfahrung abhängig, das heißt die tatsächliche Höhe legen wir in einem persönlichen Gespräch fest.
