Arbeitszeit: Vollzeitbeschäftigung

Dienstbeginn: ab sofort

Entlohnung: attraktive, leistungsgerechte Verdienstmöglichkeiten; ein Bruttomonatsgehalt ab € 3.000,00

(Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung)

Wonach wir suchen, was du mitbringen solltest:

* Erste Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung/ Rechnungswesen sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss

* WIFI abgeschlossene Prüfung als Buchhalter_in

* fundierte Kenntnisse mit dem aktuellen MS-Office Paket

* eine strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

Eventuell hast du auch noch:

* Kenntnisse in BMD NTCS sind wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend notwendig

* Humor ist kein Muss - hilft aber im Alltag ungemein

* ein kleines Lächeln, wenn die Zahlen am Monatsende passen

Was Du für uns machen sollst:

* Abwicklung der Kreditorenbuchhaltung

* Überwachung offener Posten und Klärung von Differenzen

* Durchführung des Mahnwesens

* Tägliches Einspielen der Zahlungseingänge

* Prüfung und Kontrolle von Unterkunftsrechnungen - Detektivarbeit inklusive
