Wir suchen 1 Mitarbeiter in der Haustechnik (w/m/d)

In unserem österreichischen Headquarter in Korneuburg suchen wir ab sofort eine handwerklich geschickte Persönlichkeit, die unser Team der Haustechnik für 40 Wochenstunden (Vollzeit) unterstützt. Mit einem Team von 3 Personen betreust du unsere 3 Standorte, wobei der Fokus auf die Instandhaltung der im Lager befindlichen Anlagen und Betriebsmittel liegt. Für diese Position ist ein monatlicher Bruttolohn von mindestens EUR 2.450,- (Basis 40 Wochenstunden) vorgesehen, mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung.

Deine Aufgaben

* Sicherstellung der Funktionsbereitschaft aller betrieblichen Einrichtungen sowie Kenntnis über sämtliche, technische Anlagen und Maschinen im Betrieb

* Durchführung sowie Kontrolle der regelmäßigen Überprüfungen, Wartungen und Instandhaltungen/Reparaturen von technischen Anlagen, Sicherheitseinrichtungen und der Lagerflotte (Stapler, Flurförderfahrzeug etc.)

* Direkter Kontakt zu den Liefer-, Wartungs- und Betreuungsfirmen

* Reinigungstätigkeiten (Rasenmähen, Entfernung von Eisbildung, Reinigung von Rohren und Dächern)

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder technische Ausbildung (bevorzugt Elektrotechnik oder KFZ-Technik) und/oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Haustechnik

* Bereitschaft für Rufbereitschaft (bei entsprechender Entgeltung)

* Technisches Know-How und handwerkliches Geschick

* Lösungsorientierte und genaue Arbeitsweise sowie Hands-on Mentalität

* Führerschein Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft (Standortbesuche je nach Distanz 1 x im Monat/Quartal)

* Schwindelfreiheit

* Staplerschein von Vorteil

* Ausbildung zum Brandschutzwart (-beauftragte/r) von Vorteil
