Angefangen bei den Fachmärkten reicht die Palette bis hin zu den Dienstleistungen von Installationen (Heizung, Klima, Sanitär, Elektro), Fliesenverlegung, Innenausbau, Fenstermontage, Malermeister, thermische Sanierung und vieles mehr.

Wir suchen zum sofortigen Eintritt für unseren Standort in Passail eine/n 1 Mitarbeiter in der Personalverrechnung (m/w/d) - Teilzeit (20h - 30h/Woche)

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Mitarbeit bzw. eigenständige Durchführung der laufenden Personalverrechnung unter Berücksichtigung unterschiedlicher Kollektivverträge

* Bearbeitung von Ein- und Austritten, Krankenständen, Urlauben und weiteren personalrelevanten Themen

* Erfassung und Kontrolle von Daten

* Administrative Tätigkeiten rund um die Personalverrechnung

* Kommunikation mit Mitarbeiter:innen und Behörden

* Personaladministration und Abwicklung von Förderungen

* Erstellung von Auswertungen

Unsere Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Erfolgreich abgelegte Personalverrechnungsprüfung von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Word und Excel

* Schnelle und sichere Computerkenntnisse

* Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Diskretion im Umgang mit vertraulichen Personaldaten

* Teamplayer
