* Sie arbeiten täglich im 1-Schichtbetrieb, die genauen Arbeitszeiten werden je nach Arbeitsbereich festgelegt

* Sie haben bereits Erfahrungen in der Fleischverarbeitung oder sind bereit, sich nach intensiver Einschulung in diesem Bereich, inkl. Schlachtung einzuarbeiten

* Sie sind körperlich fit, belastbar und bereit, Hebearbeiten auszuführen

* Ein respektvoller Umgang mit Tieren ist für sie selbstverständlich

* Wir freuen uns, wenn Sie Deutsch sprechen und/oder verstehen, aber es ist keine Voraussetzung. Sie können sich auch gerne in jeder anderen Sprache bei uns bewerben und arbeiten

* Sie bringen die Bereitschaft mit Überstunden zu leisten sowie an definierten Samstagen und Feiertagen, insbesondere zu Stoßzeiten und bei erhöhtem Arbeitsaufkommen (z. B. Weihnachten, Ostern), zuverlässig Ihre Leistung zu erbringen

* Sie besitzen eine Arbeitserlaubnis für Österreich

So sieht Ihr typischer Arbeitstag aus

* Fachgerechte und tierschutzkonforme Durchführung der Schlachtung von Schweinen

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung sämtlicher Tierwohl-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien

* Bedienung und Kontrolle der Anlagen im Schlachtbereich

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Qualitätsmanagement und Veterinäraufsicht

* Sie arbeiten an der Schlachtlinie und übernehmen sämtliche anfallenden Tätigkeiten entlang des Schlachtprozesses, einschließlich der Arbeit mit Messern und weiteren Werkzeugen

Gehalt:

Eine marktkonforme Bezahlung sowie zahlreiche Benefits und Zusatzleistungen sind für uns selbstverständlich. Die Einstufung für diese Position erfolgt im Kollektivvertrag Arbeiter im Fleischergewerbe in der Lohngruppe 8 ab € 2.371,35 Brutto/Monat exkl. Zulagen auf Basis Vollzeit.
