mit Innovationen immer einen Schritt voraus zu sein. 1 Mitarbeiter_in Einkauf DEINE AUFGABENGEBIETE:

* Kaufmännische Betreuung der Bauleitung bei ARGE-Projekten; selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung der kaufmännischen Agenden

* Abwicklung von Beschaffungsvorgängen: Einholung und Vergleich von Angeboten, Abstimmungen mit Bauleitern, Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten und Erfassung von Bestellungen

* Verantwortlichkeit für die kaufmännische Rechnungskontrolle, Abklärung von Abweichungen und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen

* Unterstützung der Projektleiter im Bereich des Beschaffungswesens

* Pflege von Lieferantenbeziehungen und Suche nach neuen Bezugsquellen

* Aktiver Beitrag zur Optimierung der Einkaufsprozesse

* Nachkalkulation von Baustellen

WIR ERWARTEN:

* abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK/HAS, FH o. ä.) oder alternativ technische Ausbildung mit einschlägigen kaufmännischen Kenntnissen

* Erfahrungen im Einkauf, vorzugsweise in der Baubranche

* ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches und technisches Verständnis

* Verhandlungsgeschick

* selbstständiges, genaues und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten

* Teamgeist und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* professioneller Umgang mit MS-Office, optimalerweise Erfahrungen mit Megabau/NAV
