* Du arbeitest strukturiert, genau und behältst auch bei vielen Bestellungen den Überblick.

* Organisation liegt dir im Blut - du denkst mit und arbeitest vorausschauend.

* Du kommunizierst freundlich und professionell mit Lieferanten und Kolleg:innen.

* Verhandlungsgeschick und ein gutes Gespür für Preise und Qualität sind ein Plus.

* Du arbeitest gerne am Computer und fühlst dich in Excel sowie mit digitalen Programmen wohl.

* Google-Produkte (Docs, Drive, Gmail) gehören für dich zum Arbeitsalltag.

* Eigenverantwortung, Zuverlässigkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität zeichnen dich aus.

* Interesse an Nachhaltigkeit und innovativen Produkten freut uns besonders.

* Führerschein B von Vorteil.

Deine Mission:

* Du bestellst Materialien und sorgst dafür, dass alles rechtzeitig verfügbar ist.

* Du vergleichst Angebote und findest die beste Lösung hinsichtlich Preis, Qualität und Lieferzeit.

* Du stehst im regelmäßigen Austausch mit unseren Lieferanten und pflegst langfristige Partnerschaften.

* Du kontrollierst Auftragsbestätigungen, Liefertermine und Rechnungen.

* Du behältst Lagerbestände im Blick und unterstützt bei der Materialplanung.

* Du hilfst dabei, Einkaufsprozesse laufend zu verbessern und effizienter zu gestalten.

* Du arbeitest eng mit Werkstatt, Produktion und Büro zusammen.
