Für unseren Pflanzenversand in Aschbach-Markt suchen wir Verstärkung im Bereich Einkauf & Versandorganisation. Dich erwartet eine abwechslungsreiche Position zwischen Lieferanten, Warenwirtschaft, Onlineshop und der operativen Organisation unseres Pflanzenversands.

Wir suchen ab Jänner 2027 1 Mitarbeiter_in Einkauf & Versandorganisation

Zu Deinen Aufgabenbereichen zählen:

* Einkauf, Disposition und Beschaffung für unseren Pflanzenversand

* Aktives Mitarbeiten in der Sortimentsgestaltung

* Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit unseren Lieferanten und Partnern

* Einholen von Angeboten sowie Abwicklung von Bestellungen und Reservierungen

* Organisation und Koordination von Transporten und Warenanlieferungen

* Mitarbeit bei Lagerverwaltung, Warenwirtschaft und Inventur

* Pflege von Artikel- und Produktdaten

* Mitarbeit bei der laufenden Betreuung und Aktualisierung unseres Onlineshops

* Eigenständige Betreuung organisatorischer Themen rund um Einkauf, Katalog und Saisonvorbereitung

* Eigenständige Übernahme organisatorischer Themen rund um Einkauf, Sortiment, Katalog und Saisonvorbereitung

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Leitung Versandhaus sowie unseren internen Fachbereichen

Das bringst du mit:

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung

* Freude an Organisation, Einkauf und Koordination

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise

* Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel

* Interesse an digitalen Prozessen sowie Bereitschaft, mit Warenwirtschafts- und Shopsystemen zu arbeiten

* Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Lieferanten und Kollegen

* Zahlenverständnis und einen guten Blick für Mengen, Preise und Termine

* Bereitschaft, gerade während unserer Saisonspitzen flexibel und lösungsorientiert zu arbeiten

Was dich bei uns erwartet

Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich an der Schnittstelle zwischen Lieferanten, Versand, Produktion und Onlineshop und kannst deine Ideen aktiv einbringen.

Erfahrung im Einkauf, in der Disposition, Warenwirtschaft oder im Versand ist von Vorteil, wichtiger sind uns jedoch Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

Bei uns erwartet dich keine eintönige Sachbearbeitung, sondern eine vielseitige Aufgabe mitten im Geschehen unseres Pflanzenversands.
