Wir suchen ab sofort eine_n: 1 Mitarbeiter_in Elektronikfertigung SMT (m/w/d) Aufgaben

* Durchführung verschiedener Elektronikfertigungsaufgaben, beispielsweise das Bearbeiten und Montieren elektronischer Komponenten

* Auf- und Umrüsten von Bestückungsmaschinen nach detailliertem Rüstplan in der SMT-Fertigung

* Überwachung und Bedienung von Fertigungsmaschinen während des Produktionsablaufs

* Präzise Qualitätskontrolle und Sichtprüfung der hergestellten Teile zur Sicherstellung höchster Standards

* Selbstständige Dokumentation von Produktionsdaten und Erstellen von Prüfberichten

* Durchführung kleinerer Montagetätigkeiten sowie manuelle Lötarbeiten je nach Bedarf

* Mitarbeit an kontinuierlicher Verbesserung von Produktionsprozessen und Produktqualität

* Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und Qualitätsstandards im gesamten Produktionsbereich

Profil

* Sehr gutes Sehvermögen, hohe Genauigkeit und Ausdauer

* Fingerfertigkeit und ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis

* Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der SMT- oder Elektronikfertigung

* Vorteilhaft sind Kenntnisse im Löten

* Solide Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit auch in stressigen Situationen

* Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-Betrieb

* Abgeschlossene Pflichtschule oder Lehre von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
