IHRE AUFGABE WIRD SEIN:

- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Bereich Empfang/Kassa

- Durchführung des Abkassierens der Gäste gemäß gültiger Kassenanweisung

- Überwachung der Drehkreuze und des Nachzahlungsprozesses

- Information und Beratung der Gäste

- Beratung und Verkauf von Werbe- und Sportartikeln

- Verwaltungstätigkeiten, z.B. Pflege von Kundendateien, Kurslisten führen

- Prüfen der Funktionstüchtigkeit der Schränke und deren Schließmechanismen

- Verwaltung der eingenommenen Geldbeträge, Wechselgeld, Kartenbestände und Badeartikel

- weitere Zuständigkeiten, z.B. Fundsachen, Verteilung von Werbe- und Infomaterial

WIR ERWARTEN VON IHNEN:

- eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und evtl. bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kassensystemen

- Soziale Kompetenz insbesondere Teamfähigkeit

- Ausstrahlung und Persönlichkeit

- Service- und Dienstleistungserfahrung

- Kontakt- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

- Organisationsfähigkeit und Zahlenverständnis

- sichere Anwendung der MS-Office Programme

- Bereitschaft zum wechselnden Schichtdienst, auch am Wochenende (im Schnitt 2 Wochenenden pro Monat)

ARBEITSZEIT:

- Teilzeitbeschäftigung im Ausmaß von 20 Stunden pro Woche

- Rahmenarbeitszeit zwischen 09:30 und 22:30.

- die Einteilung erfolgt laut monatlichem Dienstplan

- 14 Monatsgehälter

- feste monatliche Dienstpläne in allen Abteilungen zum 20. des Monats für den folgenden Monat

- genaue Arbeitszeiterfassung, gesonderte Abrechnung von Überstunden (Freizeitausgleich oder Vergütung)

- 5-Tage Woche im Monatsdurchschnitt (bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung)

- kostenfreie Mitarbeiterverpflegung

- freien Eintritt in die Alpentherme Ehrenberg für Mitarbeiter/innen und begrenzt auch für Partner und Kinder (unter 16 Jahren)
