Lindner steht für Menschen, Entwicklung und starke Verbindungen. Für die Dauer einer Karenz suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Human-Resources-Teams eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die Employer Branding mit Leben erfüllt und unsere Lehrlingsausbildung aktiv betreut und weiterentwickelt.

In dieser vielseitigen Position verbindest du Kommunikation, Organisation und Personalentwicklung. Du stärkst unsere Arbeitgebermarke nach innen und außen und übernimmst zugleich die zentrale Koordination sowie die disziplinäre Verantwortung für unsere Lehrlingsausbildung.

DEINE AUFGABEN:

- Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit Geschäftsführung, HR und Marketing unsere Arbeitgebermarke weiter und machst Lindner als Arbeitgeber in der Region sichtbar und erlebbar. - Du gestaltest HR-Kommunikation, Karriereinhalte, Stelleninserate, Social-Media-Beiträge sowie interne Informations- und Onboarding-Maßnahmen. - Du koordinierst unsere Beziehungen zu Schulen, Bildungseinrichtungen und Ausbildungspartnern und organisierst Schnuppertage, Messebesuche, Schulauftritte und Betriebsführungen. - Du übernimmst die disziplinäre Verantwortung für unsere Lehrlinge und bist ihre zentrale Ansprechperson während der gesamten Ausbildungszeit. - Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen HR, den Lehrlingsausbildner:innen in der Produktion, der technischen Akademie und der Berufsschule und bist erste Ansprechpartnerin. - Du planst und organisierst die betriebliche Ausbildung und begleitest unsere Lehrlinge in ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

● Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit HR- oder Hochschulhintergrund ● Erfahrung und Interesse an Employer Branding, Recruiting und Personalentwicklung ● Freude an der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen und an der Begleitung ihrer Entwicklung ● Hohes Organisationstalent, Eigenständigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit ● Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Empathie sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
