Wir sind ein erfolgreiches Unternehmen mit Sitz in Rohrbach-Berg. Bei uns dreht sich alles um Küchen, schönes Wohnen und besten Kundenservice. Für unser internes Backoffice suchen wir eine zuverlässige Unterstützung. 1 Mitarbeiter_in für allgemeine Büroarbeiten & Buchhaltung Vollzeit / 38,5 Std.

Deine Aufgaben

* Zahlungsverkehr: Überwachung der Zahlungseingänge, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Überweisungen

* Post & Mails: sortieren, bearbeiten und weiterleiten der täglichen Korrespondenz

* Reisekostenabrechnung

* Allgemeine Administration: Ablage von Dokumenten, Übernahme von Lieferungen und Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung

* Buchhaltung: laufende Kontierung und Verbuchung aller Belege und Rechnungen im RZL-Programm

* Steuerwesen: selbstständige Erstellung und Übermittlung der monatlichen Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung (UVA) und Kontaktpflege mit dem Steuerberater

Deine Qualifikationen:

* Zahlenverständnis: Genauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit Finanzen

* Arbeitsweise: strukturierte, selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Erfahrung: fundierte Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung oder Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung im Bereich Buchhaltung

* Software-Kenntnisse: gute MS Office-Anwendungskenntnisse
