Die ETZI-Bau GmbH sucht Verstärkung - Lehrlinge; ETZI-Helden der Zukunft. 1 Mitarbeiter:in für AQUA-Ausbildung als Hochbauer:in/Maurer:in

Dieses AUSBILDUNGSANGEBOT ermöglicht Personen, welche beim AMS OÖ als arbeitslos gemeldet sind, im Rahmen des Programms der ARBEITSPLATZNAHEN QUALIFIZIERUNG (=AQUA), gefördert durch das AMS und das Land Oberösterreich, eine verkürzte Lehre zum_r Hochbauer:in/ Maurer:in zu absolvieren.

Geboten wird diese Ausbildung im Unternehmen:

ETZI-Bau GmbH, Großendorf 120, 4551 Ried im Traunkreis.

Die voraussichtliche Dauer der Ausbildung ist abhängig von Ihrer beruflichen Vorqualifikation und beläuft sich auf 6 bis 24 Monate.

Tätigkeiten in der Ausbildung sind:

* Maurer:innen errichten Bauwerke und Bauwerksteile wie z.B. Wohn- und Bürogebäude, Straßen, Brücken- und Tunnelanlagen oder Kanal- und Entwässerungsanlagen.

* Sie verarbeiten Natursteine, gebrannte Ziegel, Beton, Leichtbeton und andere Formsteine.

* Hochbauer.innen sind außerdem für die Wärmedämmung und für das Verputzen von Wänden zuständig.

* Neben dem Neubau von Bauwerken zählen auch Reparatur-, Restaurierungs- und Umbauarbeiten an Bauwerksteilen zu ihren Aufgaben.

* Maurer:innen arbeiten in Betrieben des Baugewerbes im Bereich Hoch-, Tief- oder Wasserbau.

Die Ausbildungsinhalte setzen sich aus der praktischen Ausbildung im Betrieb sowie einem theoretischen Teil in einem Schulungsinstitut zusammen. Du bleibst während dieser Ausbildung weiterhin beim AMS versichert und bekommst zusätzlich zum Bezug des Arbeitslosenschulungsgeldes noch einen Schulungszuschuss. Nach Abschluss der Ausbildung ist die Übernahme in ein Dienstverhältnis im Unternehmen Etzi Group GmbH vorgesehen.
