Zur Unterstützung unseres kompetenten Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine 1 Mitarbeiter*in für Betriebsorganisation und Projektmanagement (m/w/d) Vollzeit (39 Stunden)

Aufgaben

* Abwicklung und Leitung von Projekten

* Entwicklung und Optimierung der Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation in allen Bereichen der Krankenanstalt

* Regelmäßige Reviews aller Unternehmensprozesse mit Bezug auf Effizienz und Effektivität für alle Geschäftsbereiche

* Konzeption, Modellierung und Dokumentation von neuen Prozessen bzw. Optimierung und Dokumentation von bestehenden Prozessen von allen Abteilungen

* Implementierung von Best Practice und Standards gemeinsam mit Mitgliedern der Kollegialen Führung oder Abteilungsleitern

* Umsetzung von regulatorischen Vorgaben

* Begleitung von Innovations- und Digitalisierungsinitiativen

* Dokumentenmanagement

Qualifikationen

* Hochschulausbildung (Uni/FH), Projektmanagement

* Berufserfahrung in Projektmanagement, Betriebsorganisation vorzugsweise im Gesundheitswesen

* Hohe IT-Affinität (MS-Office, Projekt-Tools, Krankenhausinformationssysteme)

* Selbstständiger, verantwortungsbewusster und genauer Arbeitsstil

* Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und rasche Auffassungsgabe

Das Mindestgehalt beträgt ab ca. € 3.400,00 brutto p.m. auf Vollzeitbasis (39 Wochenstunden). Es besteht je nach Qualifikation (in Abhängigkeit von Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung) die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
