zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine qualifizierte Fachkraft im Qualitätsmanagement.

Ihre Aufgaben

º Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Qualitätsmanagementsystems

º Überwachung und Dokumentation gesetzlicher sowie kundenspezifischer Anforderungen

º Organisation, Durchführung und Nachbereitung interner und externer Audits

º Lieferantenqualifizierung sowie Kontrolle und Verwaltung von Spezifikationen

º Prüfung von Laboranalysen und Konformitätsbescheinigungen

º Bearbeitung und Analyse von Reklamationen und Abweichungen

º Erstellung und Pflege von QM-relevanten Dokumenten (statistische Auswertungen,

Reports, Trendanalysen etc.), Verfahrensanweisungen und Arbeitsanweisungen

º Unterstützung bei der Produktsicherheit, Rückverfolgbarkeit und Krisenmanagement

º KI-Integration und Nutzung KI-gestützter Datenanalysen

º Prozessoptimierung aufgrund statistischer Erkenntnisse und Ableitung konkreter

Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung (KVP)

Ihr Profil

º Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement der Lebensmittelbranche wünschenswert

º Fundierte Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Standards (IFS, HACCP, ISO 9001, Bio-Verordnung)

º Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit MS Office - insbesondere Excel

º Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

º Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

º Praktische Erfahrung in der Nutzung von KI-Tools zur Datenaufbereitung

º Eigener PKW für die Erreichung des Arbeitsplatzes von Vorteil
