* Organisation und Steuerung der täglichen Teamaufgaben

* Sicherstellung und Einhaltung aller Service-Levels und internen Vorgaben

* Dienstplanung und Urlaubsmanagement

* Qualitätssicherung (Ticketchecks, Silent-Monitoring)

* Schulung, laufendes Coaching und Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter*innen

* Unterstützung des Teams und der Mitarbeiter*innen bei den täglichen Aufgaben (In- und Outbound)

* tägliches internes Reporting

Unsere Anforderungen:

* Zielstrebigkeit und hohe Motivation Kund*innenziele mit einem Team zu erreichen

* Flexibilität, sich laufend auf neue Herausforderungen einstellen zu können
