Wir suchen 1 Mitarbeiter_in für den Bereich EVENTS & PROJCTS hr Aufgabenbereich:

* Planung, Koordination, Betreuung und Nachbearbeitung sämtlicher KATE & KON Veranstaltungen

* Management von Projekten aller Art in Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung

* Angebotserstellung und Kundenbetreuung

* Vermarktung und Repräsentation der Veranstaltungen und Projekte

* Budgetierung und Kostenaufstellungen der Veranstaltungen und Projekte

* Optimierung und Innovation sämtlicher relevanter Abläufe

* Autonomes Arbeiten innerhalb eines Teams

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Gastronomie / Veranstaltungsbetreuung / Projekt Management

* Routiniert in der Verwendung der MS Office Anwendungen

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Hohe Flexibilität und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Gewissenhaftes, sorgfältiges & zuverlässiges Arbeiten

* Erfahrung im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel sowie hohe Affinität zu Wein, Lebensmittel und zur Handelsbranche von Vorteil
