Die Lebenswelt ist eine Einrichtung des Konventhospitals der Barmherzigen Brüder Linz und als solche in Wallsee (NÖ) situiert. Die Schwerpunkteinrichtung der Lebenswelt Wallsee bietet für gehörlose und taubblinde Menschen mit zusätzlichen Beeinträchtigungen (psychiatrische Störungen und starke Verhaltensauffälligkeiten) ein Zuhause. Unsere gemeinsame Sprache ist die niederösterreichische bzw. oberösterreichische Gebärdensprache. 1 Mitarbeiter/in für den Bereich "Wohnen und Schwerpunkteinrichtung" (m/w/d) Teilzeit, 20-35 Wochenstunden

Aufgaben

* Ihr Feingefühl für Menschen und ihre speziellen Bedürfnisse, trägt zur Entwicklung eines Lebens in Gemeinschaft bei.

* Sie unterstützen unsere Bewohner*innen im Alltag bzw. leiten diese an, ihre Selbstkompetenz, wo immer möglich, zu steigern.

* In Turnusdiensten sind Sie im Bereich "Schwerpunkteinrichtung" sowohl in der Wohngruppe als auch in der Einzelbetreuung zur Tagesbeschäftigung für unsere Bewohner*innen vor Ort.

Kompetenzen

* Ausbildung (z.B. FSB-BA, FSB-A, FSB-BB) für die Arbeit mit Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen.

* Idealerweise können Sie die Gebärdensprache; jedenfalls sind Sie bereit, diese zu erlernen.

* Kreativität zur Beschäftigung unserer Bewohner*innen zählt zu Ihren Stärken.

* Sie bringen sich mit Freude im Team ein und tragen dazu bei, dass sich Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung gut in ihrem Alltag zurechtfinden.

* Ihre positive Lebenseinstellung lässt Sie herausfordernde Situationen gut meistern.

* Sie sind sich Ihrer Verantwortung gegenüber unseren Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern bewusst; dies zeigt sich durch Ihre inhaltliche und zeitliche Flexibilität.

* IT-Kenntnisse, sowie ein gültiger PKW-Führerschein (Klasse B) runden Ihr Profil ab.

* Sie identifizieren sich mit der Wertehaltung der Barmherzigen Brüder und deren Ethik, wie sich diese im https://www.barmherzige-brueder.at/ethik/codex ausdrücken.
