Wir suchen zur Verstärkung: 1 Mitarbeiter_in für den Familienentlastungsdienst (FED)

Zur Unterstützung unseres Familienentlastungsteams suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Mitarbeiter/in für die mobile Betreuung und Begleitung von Kindern, Jugendlichen und erwachsenen Menschen mit Behinderung.

Aufgaben:

Der Familienentlastungsdienst hat die Unterstützung der Menschen mit Behinderung und

Entlastung der pflegenden Familienangehörigen im Pflege- und Betreuungsalltag

sicherzustellen. Die Betreuungspersonen sollen die Möglichkeit haben, aus der

Belastungssituation stundenweise auszusteigen.

Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegeassistenz (PA) oder Pflegefachassistenz (PFA)

* Diplomiertes Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegepersonal (DGKP)

* Bereitschaft zum selbständigen Arbeiten

* Engagement

* Hohe Eigenverantwortlichkeit

* Team- und Konfliktfähigkeit

* Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Stressresistenz

* Orientierung an den Bedürfnissen der KundInnen

* Besondere Flexibilität aufgrund Springertätigkeit

* Mobilität (eigener PKW notwendig)

* Soziale Kompetenz

* Empathie

* Belastbarkeit

Konditionen:

* Anstellungsausmaß: Vorerst ca.18 Wochenstunden.

Aufstockung der Stunden bei Interesse möglich.

* Begleitende und praxisnahe Fort- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten

* Regelmäßige Supervision und Intervision

* Mitarbeit in einem dynamischen und engagierten Team

* Gutes Arbeitsklima

* Kollektivvertrag der Sozialwirtschaft Österreich (SWÖ)

* Mindestgehalt bei Vollzeitanstellung für PA €2676,40 brutto

* Mindestgehalt bei Vollzeitanstellung für PFA €2.867,20 brutto

* Mindestgehalt bei Vollzeitanstellung für DGKP €3.074,80 brutto

* Die tatsächliche Einstufung ist von den Vordienstzeiten abhängig
