Wir suchen ab sofort zur Verstärkung unseres Teams 1 Mitarbeiter_in für den Portierdienst (m/w/d) für Mattighofen, Salzburg. Dabei achten wir im Vorfeld stets darauf, die besten Mitarbeiter_innen einzustellen, ihre Kompetenzen zu entwickeln und ihnen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten zu bieten.

Es handelt sich um eine Teil- oder Vollzeitbeschäftigung (20 bis 40 Wochenstunden)

Als Mitarbeiter_in im Empfangsdienst sind Sie bei unserem Kunden KTM Sportmotorcycle GmbH direkt vor Ort eingesetzt und sind dort erste_r Ansprechpartner_in. Dabei kümmern Sie sich um die täglichen Anliegen aller Besucher_innen und führen Zugangskontrollen sowie regelmäßige Kontrollrundgänge durch. Ihre Dienste verrichten Sie im Rahmen einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung (40 Wochenstunden) zwischen Montag bis Sonntag zu den Zeiten von 07:00 - 19:00 Uhr bzw. von 19:00 - 07:00 Uhr, je nach Dienstplan.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Ein- und Ausgangskontrolle

* Umfeldbeobachtung und Rundgänge, sowie Videoüberwachung

* Begrüßung von Kund_innen und Gästen und Auskunftserteilung

* Telefonvermittlung

* Allgemeine Bewachungstätigkeiten

* Volljährigkeit

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Gute EDV Kenntnisse

* Führerschein der Klasse B

* Selbstständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise

* Höfliches und gepflegtes Auftreten

Von Vorteil sind für den Sicherheitsdienst relevante Ausbildungen (z.B. Selbstverteidigung, Begleitschutz, Brandschutz, Erste Hilfe, Liftwärter_in und Interventionskurs).

Die Entlohnung erfolgt gemäß dem Kollektivvertrag für das Bewachungsgewerbe auf Stundenbasis und beträgt für diese Position € 13,87 brutto pro Stunde. Für 40 Wochenstunden bieten wir € 2,402,28 brutto pro Monat (exklusive Zuschläge oder Zulagen). Bei einer Leistung von bis zu 48 Wochenstunden ist ein Lohn in Höhe von € 2.882,74 brutto pro Monat (exklusive Zuschläge oder Zulagen) möglich. Darüber hinaus erhalten Sie bei Leistung von Nachtdiensten eine Nachtzulage in Höhe von € 1,26 brutto pro Stunde sowie bei Feiertagsdiensten einen Feiertagszuschlag von 100%.
