Für den Betrieb unseres Schlepplifts auf der Tonnerhütte suchen wir eine verlässliche Person, die gerne im Freien arbeitet und Freude am Umgang mit Gästen hat. 1 Mitarbeiter_in für den Schlepplift (m/w/d)

**Ihre Aufgaben**

- Bedienung und Beaufsichtigung des Schlepplifts, Hilfestellung beim Ein- und Ausstieg

- Tägliche Kontrollen vor Betriebsbeginn und Aufzeichnungen im Betriebstagebuch

- Kassa und Ticketverkauf, Auskunft und Betreuung unserer Gäste

- eventuell Pistendienst mit Pistengerät und Quad

- Mithilfe bei kleineren Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten

**Was Sie mitbringen**

- Verlässlichkeit, Pünktlichkeit und Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen

- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Freien bei jeder Witterung sowie an Wochenenden und Feiertagen

- Führerschein B, technisches Verständnis und Freude am Fahren von Pistengerät und Quad

- Körperliche Belastbarkeit

- Gute Deutschkenntnisse für den Gästekontakt

- **Quereinsteiger:innen sind ausdrücklich willkommen** - Erfahrung im Liftbetrieb ist ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung. Die Einschulung, auch auf Pistengerät und Quad, erfolgt bei uns im Betrieb.

**Beschäftigungsausmaß**

**Entlohnung**

Für diese Position gilt ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestentgelt von € 2.218,- brutto monatlich auf Basis Vollzeit (Kollektivvertrag für die Bediensteten der österreichischen Seilbahnen, gültig ab 1. Mai 2026). Bei Teilzeit oder geringfügiger Beschäftigung erfolgt die Entlohnung aliquot. **Wir bieten eine Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.**
