Ich bin Steuerberaterin und führe eine kleine, persönliche Kanzlei in Graz (www.moosbrugger-tax.at). Zur Verstärkung meines Teams suche ich eine zuverlässige und motivierte Mitarbeiterin für die Buchhaltung im Ausmaß von ca. 20 Wochenstunden. 1 Mitarbeiter_in für die Buchhaltung (20 Stunden) Ihre Aufgaben

* Mitarbeit bei der laufenden Buchhaltung unserer Klientinnen und Klienten

* Verbuchung und Bearbeitung laufender Geschäftsfälle

* Unterstützung bei Kontrollen und Abstimmungen

* schrittweise Übernahme eigener Aufgabenbereiche

* bei Interesse und entsprechender Entwicklung auch direkter Kontakt mit Klientinnen und Klienten

Was Sie mitbringen

* Interesse an Buchhaltung und Zahlen

* idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung

* auch Berufs- oder Quereinsteigerinnen sind herzlich willkommen

* sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Lernbereitschaft und Freude daran, sich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln

* gute EDV-Kenntnisse

* RZL-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

Sie müssen nicht von Anfang an alles können oder vollkommen selbstständig arbeiten. Mir ist wichtig, dass Sie motiviert sind, gerne dazulernen und sich Schritt für Schritt weiterentwickeln möchten. Eine gute Einschulung und Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung sind für mich selbstverständlich.

Gehalt

Eine Überzahlung ist bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich.
