EXIT-sozial sucht 1 Mitarbeiter_in für die Einrichtung AKTIV - Fähigkeitsorientierte Aktivitäten ab 1. Dezember 2026 im Ausmaß von 19 Wochenstunden.

EXIT-sozial AKTIV bietet arbeits- und beschäftigungslosen Menschen mit psychosozialen Problemen, im Rahmen einer Leistung nach dem OÖ. ChG, eine Beschäftigung mit individueller Betreuung an.

Unser Angebot

- Regelmäßige Teambesprechungen und Supervision, zusätzlich im ersten Jahr eine begleitende Praxisgruppe zur teamübergreifenden Intervision

Ihre Aufgaben

- Begleitung und Anleitung von Menschen mit psychischen Beeinträchtigungen im Arbeits- und Beschäftigungsprozess

- Unterstützung in der Basisversorgung

- Unterstützung und Begleitung beim Erlernen lebenspraktischer Fähigkeiten und Alltagskompetenzen

- Führen von Einzel- und Gruppengesprächen

- Unterstützung bei der Bewältigung von belastenden Symptomen

- Übernahme von organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben

Sie bringen dazu mit

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur:zum Fachsozialbetreuer:in

- Kenntnisse über psychosoziale und psychiatrische Problemstellungen und idealerweise erste Berufserfahrungen im psychosozialen Kontext

- Persönliche Klarheit, Einfühlungsvermögen und Reflexionsfähigkeit

- Strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise

- Flexibilität

Gehalt: SWÖ KV, VerwGr 6, Mindestgehalt brutto 2.867,20 € für 37 Wochenstunden/Vollzeit, zzgl. SEG-Zulage, Berufserfahrung wird zusätzlich angerechnet, Dienstort: Linz
