Je nach Interesse und Talent finden wir garantiert den perfekten Arbeitsplatz bei METAGRO für Sie! 1 Mitarbeiter_in für die Konstruktion (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben

* Enge bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Einkauf und Produktion

* Erarbeiten des gewünschten Liefer- und Leistungsumfanges in Abstimmung mit dem Kunden

* Konzeptionierung von Produkten und Lösungen für Kundenprojekte (2D / Handskizze / 3D-Dummy)

* Mithilfe bei der Herstellkostenabschätzung und Preisfindung

* Detailkonstruktion und Auslegung bzw. Dimensionierung von Bauteilen

* Erstellung der Fertigungsdokumentation sowie Bestellung von Zukaufteilen

* Begleitung des Produktionsprozesses, Ansprechpartner für die Produktion

* Lösungsfindung im Fall von Reklamationen und Kundenänderungen

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Fachschule, HTL oder ähnlich)

* Maschinenbauliches Fachwissen und systematische Arbeitsweise

* Erfahrung bzgl. Auslegung von Komponenten (mech. / elektr.)

* Erfahrung im Projektgeschäft mit direktem Kundenkontakt

* Routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der 3D-CAD-Konstruktion und Baugruppenmodellierung (z. B. SolidWorks)

* Fundierte Berufserfahrung in 2D-CAD (z. B. CREO Elements/Direct od. AutoCAD)

* Engagement, Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist und Hands-on-Mentalität

Idealerweise bringst du außeRdem mit

* Erfahrung in der Blech- und Edelstahlkonstruktion

* Elektrotechnisches Know-how, insbesondere bei der Erstellung einfacher Schaltpläne

* Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement

* Programmierkenntnisse, z. B. Makroerstellung für CAD-Anwendungen oder Excel-Programmierung

* Erfahrung im Bereich Kältetechnik
