Wir suchen ab sofort 1 Mitarbeiter_In für die Pannen-Notrufzentrale (Teilzeit 20h) Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:

· eigenständiges Arbeiten in einem modernen, hilfsbereiten Team mit abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben

· Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Notrufen aus dem In- und Ausland

· Organisation von Sofortmaßnahmen: Buchung von Hotels, Taxis und Mietfahrzeugen

· Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Kunden, Werkstätten und Partnern - auf Deutsch und Englisch

· Allgemeine Serviceauskünfte zur Mitgliedschaft, Leistungen und Notrufdiensten

Ihr Profil:

· Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Montag bis Sonntag, 0-24 Uhr im Wechseldienst)

· Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office)

· entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

· Geografisches Grundverständnis von Vorteil

· Freundliches, serviceorientiertes Auftreten - auch in herausfordernden Situationen

Verdienst:

· 20 Stunden pro Woche. Mindestgehalt € 1.227,01 brutto
