Als Mitarbeiter:in für die WG Einsiedlerplatz bei der ÖHTB Wohnen GmbH in 1050 Wien, Österreich, sind Sie Teil eines engagierten Teams, das Menschen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen unterstützt. Ihre Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, die Bewohner:innen in ihrem Alltag zu begleiten und zu fördern, um ihnen ein möglichst selbstbestimmtes Leben zu ermöglichen.

* Unterstützung der Bewohner:innen bei der Alltagsbewältigung und Förderung ihrer Selbstständigkeit.

* Planung und Durchführung von Freizeitaktivitäten und Ausflügen.

* Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Betreuer:innen und anderen Fachkräften.

* Erstellung und Umsetzung individueller Betreuungspläne.

* Dokumentation der Betreuungsprozesse und Fortschritte der Bewohner:innen.

* Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen und Fortbildungen.

Unsere Anforderungen

Wir suchen eine:n erfahrene:n und engagierte:n Mitarbeiter:in, der/die Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen hat und folgende Qualifikationen mitbringt:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im sozialen oder pädagogischen Bereich.

* Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von Menschen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen.

* Ausbildung in Unterstützung bei der Basisversorgung (UBV).

* Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Empathie.

* Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke.

* Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit.

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
