Was wir uns von dir erwarten

* Aufgabengebiet: Individuelle Auftragsabwicklung. Du bis verantwortlich für das Anlegen, die Planung und Abwicklung von Aufträgen.

* Kalkulation und Angebot: Du führst manuelle Vor- und Nachkalkulationen durch und erstellst maßgeschneiderte Angebot für unsere Kunden.

* Prozessteuerung: Du steuerst Sonderprozesse ein und begleitest die Aufträge durch die verschiedenen Produktionsphasen, um die Machbarkeit und Qualität sicherzustellen. Dabei hast du keine Scheu selbst Hand anzulegen und bei der Bedienung zu unterstützen.

* Kundenbetreuung: Du betreust unsere Kunden telefonisch und schriftlich, klärst individuelle Anforderungen und berätst bei speziellen Drucklösungen.

* Schnittstellenfunktion: Du agierst als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb, Kundenservice und Produktion, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf und eine optimale Kundenbetreuung zu gewährleisten.

Was wir uns von dir wünschen

* Kaufmännisches oder technisches Talent: Vorzugweise hast Du eine entsprechende Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Bezug zur Druck- und Werbebranche.

* Weiterbildung? Gerne! Ein Meister, Medienfachwirt, Medien- , oder Drucktechniker ist ein großes Plus.

* Branchenerfahrung: Du bringst Praxis aus der Druck- und Medienbranche mit und bis fit in der Kalkulation von Druck- und Werbeaufträgen.

* Kundenbegeistert: Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Kunden und kannst auch intern gut vernetzen und kommunizieren.

* Computer-Profi: Du kennst dich mit dem Computer, Windows oder Apple aus und beherrscht die gängigen Softwarekomponenten.

* Sprachen: Du beherscht Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
