Wir suchen dich - eine_n 1 Mitarbeiter_in für Finanzcontrolling & Buchhaltung ab sofort in Vollzeit mit Dienstort Mondsee

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position verbindest du Finanzcontrolling, Liquiditätsmanagement

und buchhalterische Agenden und untersttzt die Geschäftsführung bei der Steuerung und

Weiterentwicklung unserer Unternehmensgruppe.

Deine Aufgaben

* Laufendes Baukostencontrolling im Aufwands- und Erlösbereich der einzelnen Baustellen

in enger Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung

* Erstellung von Bilanzvorschauen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerberater

* Verwaltung und laufendes Monitoring von Neu- und Bestandsfinanzierungen

* Erstellung von Kreditbedarfsberechnungen und Liquiditätsvorschauen

* Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Banken, Steuerberater und Geschäftsführung

* Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen

* Durchführung betriebswirtschaftlicher Auswertungen, Kennzahlenanalysen und

Reportings für die Geschäftsführung

* Abwicklung des gesamten Zahlungsverkehrs in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung

* Erstellung, Kontrolle und Versendung von Ausgangsrechnungen an Kunden

* Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Finanz- und Verwaltungsprozessen

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HLW, FH, Uni oder vergleichbare Ausbildung)

* Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzcontrolling, Buchhaltung oder Rechnungswesen

* Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis sowie analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel und den gängigen Office-Anwendungen

* Eigenverantwortliche und verlässliche Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Banken, Steuerberatern und internen Ansprechpartnern

* Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
