Die Soziale Initiative arbeitet im Auftrag von Gemeinden, der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe und des Sozialministeriumservice in verschiedenen sozialpädagogischen Arbeitsfeldern. Gemeinsam gestalten - wir suchen dich für unsere Gemeinwesenorientierte Jugendarbeit (GWA) in unserem Team Marchtrenk (20 Wochenstunden, ab Jänner 2027). 1 Mitarbeiter_in für Gemeinwesenorientierte Jugendarbeit (GWA) Gestalte mit - deine Mission bei uns:

* Präsenz im öffentlichen Raum und aktive Kontaktaufnahme mit unseren Zielgruppen im Rahmen von Sozialraumbegehungen

* Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Auftragsgebern der Stadtgemeinde

* Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Veranstaltungen, Projekten und Workshops

* Aufbau und Pflege von Netzwerken sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Kooperationspartner:innen

* Durchführung niederschwelliger Beratungsgespräche und Unterstützung bei individuellen Anliegen

* Stärkung von bürgerschaftlichem Engagement, Empowerment und der aktiven Beteiligung von Jugendlichen

* einschlägige Erfahrungen und Interesse an der sozialen Arbeit, insbesondere im Bereich der offenen Jugend- und Gemeinwesenarbeit, mitgebracht werden

* eine selbstständige, strukturierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise sowie ein sicheres und wertschätzendes Auftreten selbstverständlich sind

* eine beteiligungsorientierte Grundhaltung und Freude daran bestehen, Menschen zur aktiven Mitgestaltung zu ermutigen

* Teamgeist und Freude an einer kooperativen Zusammenarbeit vorhanden sind

Für dein Engagement bieten wir eine faire Vergütung nach SWÖ-KV Verw. Gr. 8 (mind. € 3.348,90 brutto bei 37 Wochenstunden) zzgl. Zulagen und Sozialleistungen. Ohne facheinschlägige Erfahrung in der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe erfolgt die Entlohnung in den ersten drei Dienstjahren nach SWÖ-KV Verw. Gr. 7 (mind. € 3.074,90 brutto bei 37 Wochenstunden) zzgl. Zulagen und Sozialleistungen
