Teilzeit - ca. 15-20h /Woche

Einsatzort: Bezirk Schwaz

Anforderungsprofil:

* Erfahrungen im hauswirtschaftlichen Bereich von Vorteil

* Selbstständige, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Hygienebewusstsein und Verantwortungsgefühl

* Freundliches, empathisches Auftreten

* Deutschkenntnisse

* Führerschein B, Eigener PKW und Fahrpraxis erforderlich

Aufgabenbereich:

* Durchführen hauswirtschaftlicher Tätigkeiten bei Klient_innen zu Hause (Reinigung der Wohnräume, Küche, Bad, Wäschepflege)

* Einkäufe und kleinere Besorgungen

* Ordnung und Struktur im Haushalt

* Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

* Dokumentation der erbrachten Leistungen

* Wertschätzender und respektvoller Umgang mit Klient_innen

* Keine pflegerischen oder medizinischen Tätigkeiten

Arbeitszeiten:

* Flexibel einteilbar, ca. 15-20 Stunden pro Woche

* Einsätze überwiegend werktags (Montag-Freitag)

* Keine Nacht-, Wochenend- oder Feiertagsdienste

Mobilität:

* Zu Beginn ist ein eigener PKW zwingend erforderlich, da die Einsätze mobil erfolgen

* Nach der Probezeit kann ein Firmenwagen gestellt werden.

Entlohnung:

* Bruttomonatsgehalt auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung (40h/Woche): 2.330,20€ Brutto (nach KV)

* Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung

* Kilometergeld wird ausbezahlt (0,50€/km) bei Fahrten mit privatem PKW
