Beschreibung des Arbeitsbereiches:

In der Wohngemeinschaft werden 8 Mädchen und Burschen im Alter von 3 bis 18 Jahren mit und ohne Behinderung betreut, die aus unterschiedlichsten Gründen nicht bei ihrer Familie leben können. Das Team ist für alle Lebensbereiche der Kinder und Jugendlichen verantwortlich und bietet ihnen einen dem Alter entsprechend strukturierten Lebensalltag.

Gemäß den Leitbildern und gesetzlichen Grundlagen steht dabei die individuelle Förderung im Fokus. Ziel der Betreuung ist die Schaffung eines stabilen Beziehungssettings, die Förderung zur Erlangung von Selbständigkeit sowie die Stabilisierung des Kontaktes zum familiären Umfeld. 1 Mitarbeiter:in für Inklusive Kinder- und Jugendwohngemeinschaft, 1210 Wien

Beschreibung der Tätigkeit:

* Unterstützung und Anleitung bei der Alltagsbewältigung (Schule/Beruf, Freizeit)

* Verantwortung für medizinische Belange (Terminwahrnehmung, etc.)

* Krisenmanagement

* individuelle Zielplanungen und deren Umsetzung

* Kooperation mit sozialem, familiärem und professionellem Umfeld

* organisatorische und administrative Tätigkeiten

* aktive Teamarbeit

Anforderungen an diese Stelle:

* Abgeschlossene sozialpädagogische Ausbildung (FH für Soziale Arbeit; Kolleg oder Bildungsanstalt für Sozialpädagogik; Diplomstudium der Pädagogik mit den Schwerpunkten "Sonder- und Heilpädagogik" bzw. "Sozialpädagogik", Bachelor- oder Masterstudium Bildungswissenschaft mit dem Schwerpunkt "Pädagogik der Lebensalter" bzw. "Special Needs"; Diplomsozialbetreuung)

* Turnusdienste (Nachtdienste, Wochenenden und Feiertage), zeitliche Flexibilität

* Belastbarkeit, Fähigkeit zur Krisen- und Konfliktbewältigung

* Stabilität, Kontinuität und Ausdauer

* Empathischer, wertschätzender Umgang mit Menschen

* Kommunikations- und Kooperationsbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit

* Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten

* Bereitschaft zu regelmäßiger Fort- und Weiterbildung, Supervision und Reflexion

* Gute EDV - Kenntnisse, sehr gute Rechtschreibkenntnisse

* Erste-Hilfe-Kurs oder Führerschein

* Diplomstudium der Pädagogik mit den Schwerpunkten "Sonder- und Heilpädagogik" bzw. "Sozialpädagogik" (Studienordnung 2002)

* BA/MA Pädagogik Bildungswissenschaften

* Psychoanalytische Pädagogik

* Integrative Pädagogik/psychosoziale Arbeit

* Curriculum Bildungswissenschaften 2018 mit den Schwerpunkten Sozialpädagogik, psychoanalytische Pädagogik, Inklusive Pädagogik

* Diplomstudium Sozialpädagogik

* Masterstudium Sozialpädagogik

* Sonder- und Heilpädagog:innen

* Dipl. Behindertenpädagog:innen alt

* Dipl. Sozialarbeiter:innen

Entgelt nach SWÖ-KV: Bei 30h/Wo ab 2715,32 Euro brutto (VG 8/01) (für Berufseinsteiger/innen) + Zulagen; Einstufung nach Vordienstzeiten (maximal 10 Jahre anrechenbar)
