Unsere exklusive Lodge (4-Sterne Superior) im nördlichen Burgenland, am Rande des Nationalparks Neusiedler See - Seewinkel, ist Ausgangspunkt für Entdecker und Abenteurer und zugleich eine Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung.

Ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir für unser Team eine_n 1 Mitarbeiter_in für Thermenempfang

* Teilzeit (30Std.)

* in Frauenkirchen

* ab Sofort

Ihr Job bei uns:

* Check-In und Check-Out der Tagesgäste (Endabrechnung, Wechselgeldkontrolle)

* Aktiver Verkauf von Zusatzleistungen der Anlage

* Auskunftserteilung an Gäste über Thermen- und Hotelangebote vor Ort und telefonisch

* Beschwerdemanagement

* Gutscheinverkauf

Ihr Profil - Sie begeistern uns mit:

* Freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten

* Gäste- und serviceorientiertes Denken, Freude an Beratung und Verkauf

* PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office) und gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse erforderlich

* Genauigkeit, "Zahlengefühl", Berufserfahrung als Kassier/in von Vorteil

* Belastbarkeit bei hoher Gästefrequenz, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit

* Berufserfahrung als Kassier/in von Vorteil

* PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office) wünschenswert

* Sehr gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse erforderlich
