Die FAMILIENZENTREN GmbH der OÖ KINDERFREUNDE ist aktuell Träger von 100 Einrichtungen für Kinderbildung und -betreuung in OÖ Gemeinden und Betrieben.

Wir suchen 1 Mitarbeiter_in für Verrechnung, Backoffice, Kundenbetreuung 32 Wochenstunden, ab November 2026

Dienstort: Europaplatz 4, 4020 Linz

Ihre Aufgaben

* Laufende telefonische Kommunikation mit Eltern, Gemeindevertreter:innen und Mitarbeiter:innen

* Erste Anlaufstelle für Gemeinden bei Fragen zur Vorschreibung

* Ausarbeitung und Anpassung der Tarifordnungen

* Abrechnung von Eltern- und Essensbeiträgen

* Überprüfung der Zahlungseingänge inklusive Mahnwesen

* Kontrolltätigkeiten

* Unterstützung in der Jahresbudgetplanung

* Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Abwicklung der Fortbildungsbudgets

* Assistenztätigkeiten für den Bereichsleiter

* Kilometergeldabrechnungen

* Führen der Handkassa

* Einschulung neuer Leiter:innen

* Posteingang, Rechnungskontrolle, administrative Aufgaben

* Angebotseinholung und Bestellungen von Bürobedarf

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAS, HAK/HBLA) oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung im Bereich Administration und Assistenz

* Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung

* Ausgezeichnete MS Office Anwenderkenntnisse

* Analytisches Denken

* Genauigkeit und Zahlenaffinität

* Hohes Maß an selbstständiger, strukturierter Arbeitsweise

* Dynamische, durchsetzungsfähige Persönlichkeit

* Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich

* Freude und Geduld im Umgang mit verschiedensten Persönlichkeiten und am Telefonieren

* Hohe Belastbarkeit
