Wir stellen ein: 1 Mitarbeiter_in Fakturierung und Office Management Frankenmarkt/38,5 h/ab sofort

Herausforderungen, die du meisterst

* Fakturierung bzw. Abrechnung der Kundenaufträge

* Dokumentenerstellung und Abwicklung

* Allgemeine Office Tätigkeiten

* Administrative Unterstützung der Private Labelling Abteilung

* Regelmäßige Überprüfung und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten und Stammdaten

* Erstellung von Auswertungen und Berichten

Qualifikationen, die wir belohnen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HLW, kaufmännische Lehre)

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil

* Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse

* Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Soziale Kompetenz im Umgang mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen
