Für die TROGROUP GmbH besetzen wir die Position 1 Mitarbeiter_in Finance, Accounting & Treasury

DEINE AUFGABEN

* Mitarbeit in den Bereichen Treasury, Bilanzierung und Buchhaltung

* Erstellung von Reports, Auswertungen und Analysen sowie Unterstützung bei der laufenden Buchhaltung und bei Monatsabschlüssen

* Mitarbeit an konzernweiten Projekten im Bereich Treasury & Corporate Finance

* Unterstützung im Cash Management und Finanzrisikomanagement

* Übernahme von Vertretungsaufgaben innerhalb des Teams und Mitwirkung an reibungslosen operativen Abläufen

* Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen und Systemen im Finanzbereich

* Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Finanzprozessen

DEIN PROFIL

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Matura (HAK, HLW) oder Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Finance oder Controlling

* Ausgeprägtes Interesse an Finanzthemen, insbesondere Buchhaltung, Bilanzierung, Steuern, Bankthemen und Finanzierungslösungen

* Rasche Auffassungsgabe und Freude daran, dich in neue Systeme, Themen und Prozesse einzuarbeiten

* Gute IT-Affinität sowie Interesse an Digitalisierung und der Optimierung von Finanzprozessen

* Sichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Lernbereitschaft sowie Team- und Kommunikationsstärke
