Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für unsere Buchhaltung. 1 Mitarbeiter/in Finanzbuchhaltung (m/w/d) In dieser Position übernehmen Sie eigenständig Aufgaben in der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung und arbeiten eng mit internen Fachbereichen sowie unserem Steuerberater zusammen.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Selbstständige Durchführung der laufenden Buchhaltung, insbesondere Verbuchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen, Gutschriften sowie Bankbewegungen

* Prüfung und Kontrolle von Eingangsrechnungen auf formale und rechnerische Richtigkeit

* Vorbereitung und Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs

* Durchführung des Mahnwesens sowie Abstimmung offener Posten

* Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen

* Mitarbeit im Projektcontrolling sowie bei der Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports

* Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Buchhaltungsprozesse sowie bei der Einführung neuer digitaler Funktionen und Module

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen z. B. HAK oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung

* Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung von Vorteil

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel

* Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungs- bzw. ERP-Systemen; Kenntnisse in BMD NTCS sind von Vorteil

* Selbstständige, strukturierte, genaue und verlässliche Arbeitsweise

* Gutes Verständnis für kaufmännische Zusammenhänge

* Offenheit für Veränderungen und Bereitschaft, neue Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten

Gehalt:

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt € 3.396,21 brutto monatlich auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung von 38,5 Wochenstunden. Eine Überzahlung ist abhängig von Qualifikation und einschlägiger Berufserfahrung möglich.
