Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir: 1 Mitarbeiter_in Finanzbuchhaltung (Teilzeit 20 Std./Wo., Dienstort: Gmunden) Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Gemeinsam mit den Kolleg_innen im Team sind Sie verantwortlich für:

* Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung

* Debitoren-, Kreditoren- sowie Anlagenbuchhaltung

* Rechnungsprüfung und -verbuchung

* Erstellung und Übermittlung von Meldungen an Behörden (z.B. UVAs, ZMs, INTRASTAT)

* Abstimmung und Kontenklärung der Lieferanten-, Kunden- und Sachkonten

* Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs

* Mitwirkung bei Monatsabschlüssen

* Fakturierung

Ihre Kompetenzen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. kfm. Lehrabschluss, HAK, HASCH, etc.)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Buchhaltung sind Voraussetzung

* Abgeschlossene Buchhalterprüfung von Vorteil

* Gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Buchhaltungssoftware idealerweise SAGE

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Teamfähigkeit, selbständige und genaue Arbeitsweise
