Wir suchen eine erfahrene, zuverlässige und sympathische Persönlichkeit, die Freude am Umgang mit Kindern und Eltern hat und unser Team im täglichen Ablauf unterstützt.

Erfahrung im Frontdesk ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.

Wichtiger sind uns deine Persönlichkeit, dein Hausverstand, deine Erfahrung und deine Fähigkeit, selbstständig mitzudenken.

Deine Aufgaben

* Herzlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer Kinder und Eltern

* Erste Ansprechperson für Fragen und Anliegen

* Unterstützung unseres Teams im täglichen Ablauf

* Unterstützung unserer Wochenendkräfte (Schüler:innen & Student:innen)

* Freundliche und klare Vermittlung von Aufgaben

* Selbstständiges Erkennen und Anstoßen anfallender Aufgaben

* Blick für Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Funktionalität

* Erkennen und Weitergeben von Defekten, Schäden oder fehlendem Material

* Unterstützung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben

* Du gehst gerne und geduldig auf Kinder und Eltern ein

* Du bist zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst

* Du bringst Berufserfahrung und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Menschen mit

Was uns besonders wichtig ist

* Wir suchen jemanden, der mitdenkt und nicht darauf wartet, dass jede Aufgabe vorgegeben wird.

Du siehst, wenn etwas nicht sauber, kaputt oder nicht in Ordnung ist, erkennst anfallende Aufgaben und kümmerst dich darum. Du siehst, was zu tun ist - und packst mit an.

Auch Quereinsteiger:innen mit passender Erfahrung und Persönlichkeit sind herzlich willkommen.

Vollzeit - nach Vereinbarung

Arbeitszeiten: Die Arbeitszeiten orientieren sich an unseren Öffnungszeiten.

Die Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Einsätzen an Samstagen, Sonntagen und Feiertagen sowie während der Ferienzeiten und an Schlechtwettertagen ist für diese Position unbedingt erforderlich.

Gehalt:

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt beträgt für diese Position € 2.159 brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis (Beschäftigungsgruppe 3, 0-5 Jahre). Die tatsächliche Bezahlung richtet sich nach Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Eine Überzahlung über den Kollektivvertrag hinaus ist selbstverständlich möglich.
