The posting

Das Pflegehaus St. Katharina bietet stationäre Langzeitpflege, stationäre Hospizplätze, befristete Pflege und Tagespflege im 6. Wiener Gemeindebezirk Mariahilf an. Insgesamt werden 99 Bewohner*innen in fünf Wohnbereichen gepflegt und betreut.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen interessierte*n und engagierte*n Mitarbeiter*in Haustechnik, Teilzeit 35 Std./ Woche. 1 Mitarbeiter*in Haustechnik Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

* Selbstständige Durchführung von Störungsbehebungen bei allgemeinen elektrotechnischen Anlagen sowie im Bereich von Kommunikations- und Sicherheitsanlagen

* Durchführen von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten

* Koordinieren von Fremdwartungen inkl. Ausführungskontrolle

* Mitwirken in Kleinprojekten

* Pflege von Anlagedaten und Dokumentation im Nova-System

* Dokumentation der Arbeiten und Führen eines Gerätebuches im Nova-System

* Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Kund*innen

Ihre Qualifikationen:

* Abgeschlossene Elektriker*in Ausbildung mit jahrelanger Erfahrung und Praxis

* Abgeschlossene Lehre und Erfahrung als Installateur*in von Vorteil

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der Elektrotechnik

* Erfahrungen im Bereich Pflegeeinrichtungen sind von Vorteil

* Ein Verständnis und fundiertes Wissen über fachspezifischen Normen

* Selbstständiges sowie genaues Arbeiten und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kund*innen

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse

* Örtliche und zeitliche Flexibilität

* Rufbereitschaft

* Führerschein B
