Die Stadt Bludenz ist Dienstleister in verschiedensten Bereichen und für sämtliche städtische Dienststellen.

Für die Personalabteilung der Stadt Bludenz suchen wir zum ehest möglichen Eintritt 1 Mitarbeiter*in HR-Management Neben der Personalverwaltung und -verrechnung für ca. 350 Mitarbeiter der Stadt Bludenz unterstützt das Team der Personalabteilung ausgelagerte Betriebe der Stadt Bludenz sowie im Rahmen von Kooperationsvereinbarungen andere Gemeinden und Organisationen im Bereich der Personalverrechnung. Gesamt werden somit monatlich rund 900 Abrechnungen erstellt.

Nach entsprechender Einschulung übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben:

* Mitarbeit im Recruiting und HR-Marketing

* Mitarbeit in den Bereichen Zeiterfassung und Personalverrechnung

* Übernahme und Umsetzung von Projekten im HR-Bereich

* Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung

Für diese interessante und abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe wenden wir uns an BewerberInnen mit fundierte kaufm. Ausbildung, welche idealerweise bereits über einschlägige Berufserfahrung bzw. Zusatzausbildungen im Bereich Personalwesen bzw. Personalverrechnung verfügen. Des Weiteren sind Sie genaues, eigenverantwortliches und selbstständiges Arbeiten gewohnt und verfügen über hohe Sozial- und Kommunikationskompetenz.
