Als Fachklinik mit Eltern-Kind-Zentrum, Onkologie und Tumorchirurgie setzt das St. Josef Krankenhaus Wien auf eine Arbeitsatmosphäre, in der neben Professionalität auch Freundlichkeit und Zusammenhalt hochgehalten werden.

Zur Verstärkung unseres HR-Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für 20-25 Wochenstunden, die mit Leidenschaft für Digitalisierung, innovativen Ideen und einem Blick für effiziente HR-Prozesse neue Impulse setzt. 1 Mitarbeiter*in HR - Schwerpunkt Digitalisierung & HR Systeme Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Sie übernehmen die fachliche Betreuung und laufende Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen HR-Systeme (Oracle HCM, ALEX Zeiterfassung) und agieren als Key User*in

* Sie begleiten HR-Digitalisierungsprojekte von der Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung und sind erste Ansprechperson

* Sie analysieren bestehende HR-Prozesse, identifizieren Optimierungspotenziale und gestalten die digitale Weiterentwicklung unseres HR Bereichs aktiv mit

* Sie arbeiten eng mit Kolleg*innen im HR-Team sowie mit internen und externen Schnittstellen zusammen und fördern eine erfolgreiche bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit

* Sie unterstützen das Team durch die Übernahme von Vertretungsaufgaben und tragen zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf innerhalb der Abteilung bei

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene/ Aktuelle Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt HR oder Projekt-/Prozessmanagement

* Berufserfahrung im HR Bereich

* Erfahrung mit HR Systemen (HCM Oracle, ALEX Zeiterfassung, SAP)

* Berufserfahrung im Gesundheitswesen wünschenswert

* Ausgeprägte IT Affinität

* Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Kommunikationsstärke

Das monatliche Bruttogehalt beträgt lt. Kollektivvertrag für die Dienstnehmer*innen der Ordensspitäler Österreichs mind. € 3.316,56 (Verwendungsgruppe D1, Stufe 1) auf Vollzeitbasis. Die Einstufung wird abhängig von Ihrer Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung vorgenommen.
