Anstellungserfordernisse und Anforderungsprofil

* Abschluss einer kaufmännischen Ausbildung bzw. einer berufsbildenden mittleren oder höheren Schule

* Berufserfahrung im Gemeindeabgabewesen

* Sehr gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office)

* Einfühlungsvermögen, Offenheit und Freundlichkeit im Parteienverkehr

* Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Eigenständigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit

* Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Bereitschaft zur fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterbildung

Aufgabenbereich

* Verwaltung der Abgabeneinhebung für Mitgliedsgemeinden

* schriftliche und telefonische Auskunft sowie Terminkoordination mit Bevölkerung, Gemeinden und Entsorgungsunternehmen

* Pflege der Stammdaten

Aufnahmevoraussetzungen

* Österreichische Staatsbürgerschaft oder unbeschränkter Zugang zum österreichischen Arbeitsmarkt

* Volle Handlungsfähigkeit

* Die persönliche und fachliche Eignung für die Erfüllung der Aufgaben, insbesondere die ausgezeichnete Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift

* Einwandfreies Vorleben (Strafregisterbescheinigung nicht älter als 3 Monate)

* Bei männlichen Bewerbern: abgeleisteter Präsenzdienst

Die Arbeitszeit beträgt 35 - 40 Wochenstunden und die Anstellung erfolgt nach den Bestimmungen des NÖ Gemeinde-Bedienstetengesetzes 2025 (NÖ GBedG 2025), LGBl. Nr. 15/2024, und wird vorerst auf die Dauer von 6 Monaten abgeschlossen. Das Mindestgehalt beträgt in der Verwendungsgruppe V1 auf Vollzeitbasis € 2.675,20 brutto/Monat zzgl. allfälliger Zulagen. Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und berufseinschlägiger Erfahrung ist möglich. Die Stellenvergabe erfolgt unter Beachtung des Gleichbehandlungsgesetzes. Dienstort ist der Sitz des Gemeindeverbandes in Mitterndorf/Fischa.
