* Unterstützung bei der Planung und Koordination von Projekten im Einrichtungsbereich

* Organisation und Abstimmung von Abläufen sowie Terminen

* Schnittstelle zwischen Kund:innen, internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern

* Unterstützung in der Kundenberatung sowie bei der Ausarbeitung individueller Lösungen

* Administrative Tätigkeiten und Datenpflege

Qualifikationen & Anforderungen

* Interesse an planerischen und organisatorischen Tätigkeiten

* Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Technisches und räumliches Verständnis

* Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen
