eine/n 1 Mitarbeiter:in im Bereich Prozessoptimierung, Digitalisierung & IT für 30 - 40 Wochenstunden

Im Bereich Prozessoptimierung- und Innovationsmanagement gestalten wir die digitale Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens aktiv mit. Wir optimieren bestehende Prozesse, setzen neue digitale Lösungen um und beschäftigen uns mit aktuellen Technologien wie Künstlicher Intelligenz.

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich IT/Informatik (z. B. IT-HTL) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Fundiertes technisches Verständnis und gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen HTML, TYPO3, IT-Systeme,

digitale Anwendungen und technische Anbindungen

* Kenntnisse im Bereich Schnittstellen, Datenflüsse und Systemintegrationen

* Erfahrung in der technischen Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Implementierung digitaler Systeme

und Softwarelösungen

* Interesse an Künstlicher Intelligenz, Digitalisierung und neuen Technologien sowie Bereitschaft, aktuelle Entwicklungen laufend zu verfolgen

* Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, technische Themen verständlich aufzubereiten

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Technische Begleitung und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungs- und Prozessoptimierungsprojekten

* Technische Evaluierung, Einrichtung und Konfiguration digitaler Systeme, Softwarelösungen und Tools

* Betreuung des Themenbereichs Künstliche Intelligenz, Beobachtung aktueller Entwicklungen

sowie technische Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung geeigneter KI-Anwendungen

* Technische Umsetzung und Anbindung neuer Lösungen an bestehende Systeme sowie Unterstützung bei Schnittstellen und Systemintegrationen

* Mitarbeit im Bereich IT sowie Unterstützung bei der Koordination und Umsetzung technischer Themen
